Travelers often hesitate to book without understanding cabin size, location on the ship, or proximity to amenities. International clients face additional difficulties because physical ship tours are impossible before booking. The client needed a solution that could simulate a realistic onboard experience, allow exploration of multiple decks, and provide detailed previews of cabins and shared facilities, all while ensuring smooth performance for web and mobile platforms. The challenge was to create an engaging, high-resolution 360 VR tour that could accurately represent the luxury experience of the cruise without overwhelming bandwidth or device capabilities.

Our team captured high-resolution panoramic images and videos of every deck, cabin type, and key amenity area. Users can virtually navigate from one deck to another, explore cabins of varying classes, and preview lounges, pools, theaters, restaurants, and fitness centers in rich detail. Hotspot elements provide detailed descriptions of amenities, cabin specifications, dining options, and entertainment schedules, creating a guided yet interactive experience. Using Krazio Cloud’s optimized rendering, the VR experience streams smoothly for international users and across mobile and desktop devices. The tour was designed with realistic lighting, ambient sound, and fluid navigation to replicate an authentic onboard experience, allowing potential travelers to make informed booking decisions from anywhere in the world.
